Down today. My left knee is swollen and hurting. Feel's like ITB problems, but the hallmark signs of it aren't there when I run. I got out the door for a 20 miler yesterday and stopped at 3. My gait was all wrong and the knee felt like it was folding backwards. Didn't even get out for a swim as I was thinking the pushing off the wall and per lap bending of the knee wouldn't help the running cause. Today marks 1 full week with the injury.
